Current Hyperfixations

What is a hyperfixation? Something you get so obsessed with your brain is rotted with it, you can only think about this to the point you push aside anything else, including things you loved before but looks rather dull compared to this new thing.

So, what are my current hyperfixations? To begin with, I LOVE Pokémon, and it's my oldest hyperfixation. Since the licence exists, to be fair. I began playing with Pokémon Yellow and since then I'm a huge fan, and this universe, those pocket monsters, they are part of my life. There's not a single day in which I don't talk about it. I even sleep with Pokémon plushies, have figures on my desk, play main and spinoffs games, regularly look out for new merchandise etc...

Truly, Pokémon is and will always be a huge hyperfixation that will last until the day I die.

My second and most prominent hyperfixation since years now is Hazbin Hotel. I've started to collect Hazbin Hotel related merch since the first season came out on Prime Video.

...Well, okay, my hyperfixation is on this universe but more specifically on one character I absolutely adore! Lucifer Morningstar. I can't even begin to rant about how much I love his character, how it's a nice change from all the other media iterations of the fallen angel we've already seen again and again. Here, a dad missing his wife dearly, struggling to bond with his estranged daughter, depressed and dealing with it with rubber ducks? Yeah, there's no wonders I love this dork!
